▶ Free Radical Test Kit, Check-up
Check-up(Free Radical Test Kit) is a quick and easy test-kit designed to
determine level of free radicals stress within the body.
When free radicals oxidize fat, oxidized byproducts such as MDA(Malondialdehyde)
are produced. The test compares the color change in a urine sample with a color chart,
the more oxidized fat byproducts, the redder the sample.
☞ What is MDA?
MDA(Malondialdehyde), a byproduct produced when free radical oxidize fat,
is used as a standard measurement for oxidation level damaged by free radical.
▶ Notice and Caution
1. Do not fill your urine sample past the marked level.
2. Not for injection or ingestion
3. Keep out of reach of children.
4. Some dietary components, supplements or medications may turn
your urine excessively yellow or cloudy and may interface with your
ability to interpret the results.
5. In case of accidental ingestion, or if the contents of the vial get in your eyes.

7. For the best result, use first urine sample in the morning.

▶ How to Use
1. Check the contents of your test.
2. Place urine sample in the cup.(The first urine smple in the morning is recommended)
3. Using the enclosed dropper, fill the bottle up to the marked point with the urine sample.
4. Break off top of the ampule.(Warning: Be careful not to hurt yourself)
5. Pour the contents of the two ampules into the plastic
bottle.
6. Close the lid, and shake the bottle to mix the contents.
7. Wait for 5 minute, then compare the color with the color chart given in the evaluation table.
